What we are
Saltgate Group works with founders, owners, and management teams on the practical architecture of a business: how it's structured, how it operates, how it grows, and who it works with. The work is specific and hands-on rather than theoretical — the aim is always something a client can act on.
How we work
We deliberately keep our client list short. Consultancy done well depends on understanding a business properly, and that isn't something you do at scale. Working with a small number of clients lets us stay close to the detail, think in the long term rather than the transactional, and be genuinely useful rather than merely busy.
More often than not we work as an extension of a team rather than an outside voice — in the room for the decisions that matter, and accountable for the advice we give.
